On the afternoon of April 8, the delegation of education officials from the Confucius Institute at the Federal University of Kazan, Russia, visited HNNU, and a welcoming ceremony was held in the second conference room of the office building. Mr. Ratsev, director of the Education Department of the Avi Astro Ijelli District and New Savinov District of Kazan City, and Jiang Xinmiao, Vice President of HNNU, attended the ceremony. The ceremony was chaired by Li Miao, deputy director of the International Exchange and Cooperation Office in HNNU.
