On the afternoon of November 13th, the unveiling ceremony of the Sino-Japanese Lake (Dongting Lake-BiwaLake) Governance Law and Policy Research Center, jointly established by HNU and the University of Shiga Prefecture, was held in the Lecture Hall 205of the School of Law in HNU. Governor of Shiga Prefecture Daisaku Daisuke, President of Shiga Prefectural University Hirokawa, Liu Qifeng, Full-time Vice President of Hunan Provincial People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries and Jiang Hongxin, President of HNU , attended the ceremony. The ceremony was chaired by Jiang Xinmiao, Vice President of HNU.
